Monica O'Connor
Owner/Coach
Hi! I am one of the owners of Arcadia and have been coaching for over 35 years, 25 of them at Arcadia. I am married and have 2 amazing kids, Zach and Elissa, both young adults, and a dog, Tinkerbell! I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Slippery Rock and a Master's degree in Public Health (Epidemiology) from the University of Pittsburgh. I think we have the greatest kids at Arcadia and I love seeing my gym kids grow up into healthy and successful young adults who are capable of anything. In my free time I love to workout, read and be at the beach. I also love to scubadive and skydive.
Our Owners

Dave Greggs
Owner/Coach
I started at Arcadia as the "business guy" and quickly realized that I wanted to coach. I coach mostly tumbling and team and have been doing so for over 20 years. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Slippery Rock University. I am married and have 2 awesome kids, Dylan and Devyn. I love watching them play soccer and traveling with my family.

Mick O'Connor
Owner/Coach
Since we opened in 1996 I have coached every competitive level and many recreational classes. I have, more recently, focused on coaching and teaching our youngest athletes and students. It has been very rewarding to introduce the sport to kids and help them fall in love with this great sport. My background in sport science helps me in every aspect of coaching from training to injury prevention and care. I have a Bachelor's degree in Sport Science from Ohio University and a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Pittsburgh. In my spare time I like to exercise, cook and travel with my family (Monica, Zach and Elissa) among many other interests.
Our Office Staff

Jessica Boso
Office Manager
I have been the office manager at Arcadia since 2011. I love seeing the excitement on the kids’ faces when they enter for class or leave, having just acquired a new skill! I have had the privilege of watching so many talented little girls blossom into beautiful, kind, well-rounded young ladies. I have an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice, and a Bachelors in Human Services from Geneva College. I have three beautiful daughters, two of whom are on/graduated from our competitive gymnastics team (the other isn’t quite old enough yet). I also have three dogs—Daisy, Maggie, and Bailey. On Sundays, I enjoy volunteering in the dog wing at a local animal shelter.
I love our Arcadia family and the safe, positive, loving environment they provide for all the kids who walk through our doors. I simply couldn’t imagine being anywhere else!

Emily Busch
Office Staff
I have been a secretary at Tumbleweeds for 3 years. I am married and have a daughter, Angie, a 9-year veteran competitive gymnast at Arcadia. I love talking to parents about how much their child can grow and learn through the sport of gymnastics!
My favorite thing to do is to go trail riding on horseback.

Rikki Karczewski
Office Staff
I have been a part-time secretary at Tumbleweeds/Arcadia for almost 18 years. I also work full-time as a secretary at Beaver Falls High School. My favorite moments are spent with my children and grandchildren. I feel our duties as secretaries at Arcadia go beyond typing and answering the phone -- it's the special relationships we form with parents and students -- from the owners to the coaches to the office staff. We care! It's as simple as that.
Our Coaching Staff

Bob Blanchette
Coach
Coaching 1987- present.
We love Arcadia. With over 100 years of coaching experience on staff, who wouldn't want to be here? Positive staff with values that are important to today's families. I like coaching because of the challenges it brings. At every level, all are progressing. Being able to appreciate the small things comes quickly as a coach.
I love the Steelers, Penguins and Pirates. Fast and old cars, golfing and being with my family and friends.

Brian St. Denis
Coach
I've been coaching gymnastics for many years and I love seeing the kids have so much fun while learning so many different things along their journey here with us. I enjoy being a part of Arcadia Gymnastics!

Lauren Hunt
Coach
This is my third year coaching at Arcadia but it’s not my first time here. When I was younger my gym came to Arcadia’s meet and I met Dominque Moceanu! I’m surrounded by incredible teachers, staff and students alike. When I’m not at the gym coaching, I’m at the gym as a student. Stop by! I live with a French Bulldog, Caesar, as well! He is four and a half and loves to cuddle. I’m eager to continue learning from everyone here!

Paula Jerome
Preschool/Rec Coach
I have been working as a preschool and recreational gymnastics coach at Arcadia for 9 years. I love working with the preschool gymnasts because I have the opportunity to form relationships with the preschoolers and families, teach the gymnasts the foundational skills they will need for gymnastics, and I get to be the preschoolers' first teacher. I have a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology, a Master's of Education in Recreational Programming, and I am a certified Personal Trainer. I have been married to my husband, Darrell, for 21 years and we have 3 children: Evan, Ann-Marie, and Alec . We also have a dog, Comet, who is a Lhasa Apso mix. In my free time, I love to read, run, spend time with my family, and travel.

Kate Verone
Coach
I coach preschool, recreational classes and competitive team levels 2-3! I was a gymnast at Arcadia for 8 years. I did recreational classes and eventually joined the team and was a competitive gymnast. I am very passionate about the sport, and I'm so excited to share my love for gymnastics with the kids that I coach. I have learned so much from my time as a gymnast already, and I can't wait t o learn even more as a coach!

Paige Drake
Coach
I am a recreational and team coach. I participated at Arcadia during my whole childhood and now love coaching here! I saw lots of success as an Arcadia gymnast, being named the floor State Champion 3 years, and scoring a perfect 10 on floor once! I also run track and have competed at the State championships there. Since I can't compete anymore and Arcadia is like family to me, I am excited to teach others to love the sport that I love as much as I do. In my free time I like to run, shop, and hang out with my friends.

Samantha Collins
Recreational Coach
I am excited to start coaching here! I have been bringing my kids here for years and love the environment at Arcadia and want to be a part of it. I coached cheer and was a cheerleader most of my life, named All American in 2009, and also love basketball, reading and being a mom. When I am not at the gym you may see me working as a police officer for the city of Salem.

Melissa Yingling
Recreational Coach
I was a gymnast at Arcadia when I was a child then started back when the adult class was created. That kick started me into teaching ninja classes 2 years ago and I love it. I have a BS in Computer Science and Measurements are approximatey in Information Systems Management. I love to read, relax in my hammock, spend time with my boyfriend and dog and bake cupcakes and custom cakes. I love kids and seeing the excitement on their faces when they accomplish a new skill.

Nikki DeLuca
Coach
I coached at Arcadia awhile back for many years and am so happy to be here again. I have coached in several gyms and Arcadia has been the most professional and positive coaching environment. Our athletes are the hardest working and most well rounded gymnasts. I have 25 years of coaching experience
