Monica O'Connor
Owner/Coach
Hi! I am one of the owners of Arcadia and have been coaching for over 40 years, 30 of them at Arcadia. I am married and have 2 amazing kids, Zach and Elissa, both young adults. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Slippery Rock and a Master's degree in Public Health (Epidemiology) from the University of Pittsburgh. I think we have the greatest kids at Arcadia and I love seeing my gym kids grow up into healthy and successful young adults who are capable of anything. In my free time I love to workout, read and be at the beach. I also love to scubadive and skydive.

I started at Arcadia as the "business guy" and quickly realized that I wanted to coach. I coach mostly tumbling and team and have been doing so for over 30 years. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Slippery Rock University. I am married and have 2 awesome kids, Dylan and Devyn. I love watching them play soccer and traveling with my family.

Mick O'Connor
Owner/Coach
Since we opened in 1996 I have coached every competitive level and many recreational classes. I have, more recently, focused on coaching and teaching our youngest athletes and students. It has been very rewarding to introduce the sport to kids and help them fall in love with this great sport. My background in sport science helps me in every aspect of coaching from training to injury prevention and care. I have a Bachelor's degree in Sport Science from Ohio University and a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Pittsburgh. In my spare time I like to exercise, cook and travel with my family (Monica, Zach and Elissa) among many other interests.
Our Office Staff

Jessica Boso
Office Manager
I have been the office manager at Arcadia since 2011. I love seeing the excitement on the kids’ faces when they enter for class or leave, having just acquired a new skill! I have had the privilege of watching so many talented little girls blossom into beautiful, kind, well-rounded young ladies over the years. I have an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor’s in Human Services from Geneva College. At my full-time day job, I am a case manager for youth with disabilities.
I have 3 beautiful daughters, two of whom graduated from our competitive gymnastics team and one whose passion is hockey. I also love animals and spending time at home with my two dogs and my cat.
I love our Arcadia family and the safe, positive, loving environment they provide for all the kids who walk through the doors.

Office Staff
I have been a part-time secretary at Tumbleweeds for 8 years. I have a daughter, Angie, who was a competitive gymnast at Arcadia for 10 years. I love talking to parents about how much their child can grow and learn through the sport of gymnastics!
My favorite thing to do is to go trail riding on horseback.

Office Staff
I have been a part-time secretary at Tumbleweeds/Arcadia for 6years. Watching kids go from shy Tumble Tots classes to confident tumblers and even team members is the best part of my job! They aren't just students here, they are family. Best friends are made here in classes at Arcadia.
Our Coaching Staff

Bob Blanchette
Coach
Coaching 1987- present.
We love Arcadia. With over 100 years of coaching experience on staff, who wouldn't want to be here? Positive staff with values that are important to today's families. I like coaching because of the challenges it brings. At every level, all are progressing. Being able to appreciate the small things comes quickly as a coach.
I love the Steelers, Penguins and Pirates. Fast and old cars, golfing and being with my family and friends.

Nikki DeLuca
Coach
I was a gymnast for 12 years and hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Sports Medicine. I have coached pre-school, school-aged gymnastics, and the competitive team at Arcadia for roughly 20 years and elsewhere for 12 years. I have coached in several gyms and Arcadia has been the most professional and positive coaching environment. Our athletes are the hardest working and most well-rounded gymnasts. Arcadia has always provided a positive, safe environment with top-tier coaches.

Brian St. Denis
Coach
I've been coaching gymnastics for many years and I love seeing the kids have so much fun while learning so many different things along their journey here with us. I enjoy being a part of Arcadia Gymnastics!

Lauren Hunt
Coach
This is my fifth year coaching at Arcadia but it’s not my first time here. When I was younger my gym came to Arcadia’s meet and I met Dominque Moceanu! I’m surrounded by incredible teachers, staff and students alike. When I’m not at the gym coaching, I’m at the gym as a student. Stop by! I live with a French Bulldog, Caesar, as well! He is four and a half and loves to cuddle. I’m eager to continue learning from everyone here!

I was a gymnast for 12 years, with many of those years spent at Arcadia. I am still currently participating in the adult classes held at Arcadia and have competed in 3 Tiki Classic meets as an adult. I have now been coaching at Arcadia for 4 years. I have experience working with preschool, school age, and competitive teams. Arcadia has the best athletes and training programs. Our gymnasts are passionate, hard working, resilient, driven, and most importantly, enthusiastic about gymnastics. Arcadia provides a safe, positive and fun environment for everyone.

Arcadia Gymnastics has been an important part of my life for the past 18 years. I spent 16 years as a competitive gymnast and have coached for the past 4 years. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's of Radiologic/Imaging Science degree with the goal of becoming a Radiation Therapist! My time as both a gymnast and coach at Arcadia has been incredibly rewarding, thanks to the gym's welcoming and supportive environment, as well as the amazing athletes, families, and staff who make it such a special place to grow, learn and succeed.

Alesa Lincheck
Preschool / Rec Coach
I have been at Arcadia for pretty much my whole life, have been on the competitive team for 10 years, and coaching for four years. I am currently in college for architecture. I love working with kids and absolutely love the sport of gymnastics, so here I get to help kids love the sport like I do and give them advice so they can be the best gymnast they can be!

Lilly Bratt
Coach
Hello! I am a Junior at Blackhawk High School. I started training for gymnastics when I was 7 years old at Arcadia. When I was 9, I started competing on the Silver team. After several years of competing, I decided that I wanted to coach gymnastics. I really enjoy coating at Arcadia and Tumbleweeds, as well as the staff and students!

Joanna Patterson
Coach
I am a dedicated educator, gymnastics coach, and proud parent of a competitive gymnast with a passion for helping young athletes learn and grow. As a certified teacher and current 8th grade special education teacher, I bring patience, creativity, and strong instructional skills to every learning environment. My experience includes previous gymnastics teaching, allowing me to combine my background in education with my love for the sport. My daughter is a member of the team and shares a deep love for the sport. She loves the coaches and staff at Arcadia and gains so much from the program.
