Annual Administration Fee:   $20 per child; max $40 per family.
This yearly fee helps defray office/administrative, insurance and other non-teaching costs.  This fee is paid with the health waiver form at registration and every 12 months thereafter.
 
Family Discounts: At Arcadia, ONLY the most expensive tuition in your immediate family pays full fare.  All lesser tuitions are discounted 15%!  This does not apply to families with a child on pre-team, Jewel team, All-Star Cheer, or the competitive team since these rates are already reduced.
 
Term Tuition: When you register, you are paying for a full 8 week term.  If you choose to continue into the next term, all you need to do is pay for that term before the Priority Due Date (PDD) to save your spot in the class.  If you do not pay by the PDD, your spot will be given up.  This allows you to make payments less often, and still hold your spot in the class by paying on time. 
 
Returned Checks: You will be charged a $25 fee for any check returned to us by the bank to cover fees that we incur.  Redeposited checks will be charged a $12 fee.
 
Priority Due Date (PDD):   This is the date by which Current Students must pay tuition in order to maintain their respective priority in their class over new students.  We will NOT just assume that you will continue into the next term.  After the PDD, our computer system deletes UNPAID students from the roster and new students will be placed in vacancies.  Since our class goals and progressions follow the whole school year, it is important that you note these PDD’s to make sure that your spot is saved.  You also receive a discounted rate by enrolling by the PDD!!!
   We will send home a reminder that the PDD is approaching, but it remains your responsibility to know and honor the PDD’s throughout the year.  We are aware that rigid deadlines may seem harsh; however, the alternative is over-booked classes, which are not an acceptable alternative.   After you register for Term I, there will only be 4 other times to pay until summer session.   We will make our best effort to accommodate you in the event that you miss the PDD and want your child to remain in class.  However, you need to realize that vacancies will be filled with new students first, and you may need to switch to another class if yours fills before you pay for the term.   If you choose, you may pay for multiple terms at a time so that your child will be automatically enrolled into the next term.
